Seven Kansas City-area affordable housing projects collectively receive $2.83 million in state and $4.53 million in federal LIHTC dollars during this 2020 funding round from the Missouri Housing Development Commission. The seven projects that were awarded funds include: Parker Square Apartments, Palestine Gardens-Palestine Gardens North, Logan Villas LP, Bodhi Kansas City, Libertad Grandview, The Cleveland, and Sam Rodgers Place.
